When will my order ship?

Bros, we ship lightening fast.  We ship daily, Monday through Friday, and there's a good chance if you place an order in the morning it will go out same day.  Plus, you can always upgrade to Ground Advantage shipping and see your stuff move every step of the way.

How do you package my items?

Listen, we want your cardboard to arrive to you in the exact.same.condition it arrived to us in.  So not only do we store them carefully at BEMA headquarters, we ship in penny sleeves inside top loaders or card savers (depending on your order quantity), sealed inside a team bag, and then taped to the center of the inside of an invitation-sized envelope to help protect from machine damage at USPS sorting facilities.  

Higher value orders ($20+ on ebay or $50+ on TCG Player) or who upgrade to Ground Advantage go out with more protection--typically sandwiched with cardboard (still tucked safely in those top loaders or card savers, of course) and shipped in a bubble mailer.

If you place a large quantity, but less than $50 order with us on TCG Player, your shipment might look different (perhaps seemingly less protected) but we do everything possible within the requirements of USPS to get your order to you as safely as possible.

I have a problem with an order, what do I do?

Please reach out to us through the platform where you placed your order.  Customer service is our highest priority and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order.  After all, we wouldn't be doing what we are doing without you.
