When will my order ship?

Bros, we ship lightning fast.  We currently ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays--almost every order is on its way within 48 hours. Order early on a shipping day and there’s a good chance it’ll go out the same day.  Plus, you can always upgrade to Ground Advantage shipping and watch your cardboard move every step of the way.

How do you package my items?

Listen, we want your cardboard to arrive to you in the exact same condition it arrived to us in.  So not only do we store them carefully at BEMA headquarters, we ship in penny sleeves inside card savers (because USPS doesn't like top loaders), sealed inside a team bag, and then taped to the inside of an invitation-sized envelope to help protect from machine damage at USPS sorting facilities.  

Higher value orders or those who upgrade to Ground Advantage go out with more protection--typically sandwiched with cardboard (still tucked safely in those card savers, of course) and shipped in a bubble mailer.

If you place a large quantity order with us on TCG Player, your shipment might look slightly different--perhaps without card savers (so we can fit more stacks)--but we do everything possible within the requirements of USPS to get your order to you as safely as possible.

I have a problem with an order, what do I do?

Please reach out to us through the platform where you placed your order.  Customer service is our highest priority and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order.  After all, we wouldn't be doing what we are doing without you.
