When will my order ship?

Bros, we ship lightning fast. We currently ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays--almost every order is on its way within 48 hours. Order early on a shipping day and there’s a good chance it’ll go out the same day. Plus, you can always upgrade to Ground Advantage shipping and watch your cardboard move every step of the way.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking for plain white envelopes (how most of our orders go out) is notoriously inaccurate. The barcode above your address is what is used to track, and those are only scanned by the machines at USPS sorting hubs. Scans are sometimes skipped, and the delivery date is more of a suggestion. In short, envelope tracking is not great but better than a hope and a prayer.

How do you package my items?

Listen, we want your cardboard to arrive to you in the exact same condition it arrived to us in. So not only do we store them carefully at BEMA headquarters, we ship in penny sleeves inside card savers (because USPS doesn't like top loaders), sealed inside a team bag, and then taped to the inside of an invitation-sized envelope for maximum protection for the trip through USPS. Packaging may vary a little by order size, but safe cardboard is always the goal.

Can you change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, the marketplaces we use do not allow their sellers to change a buyer's address on orders. Please reach out on the marketplace where you made your purchase--we can cancel so that you can correct your address and re-purchase.

I have a problem with an order, what I do?

Please reach out to us through the platform where you placed your order. Customer service is our highest priority and we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order. After all, we wouldn't be doing what we are doing without you.

We sell sports and TCG. While we focus on TCG, with our main games being YuGiOh, Pokemon, and Magic The Gathering, we also have a collection of sports cards on our eBay store.
