We use masking tape and make hundreds of loops a day (to keep those cards right where we want them inside the envelopes) and this is one of the biggest time savers we have.
We use these invitation sized envelopes to send most of our orders out. They easily fit 2 card savers side by side, and they’re made of nice thick cardstock to add more protection.
Top Loaders get stuck in USPS sorting machines. They prefer semi-rigid card holders, and these fit the bill perfectly. They’re a great size for all cards and hold several when needed.
Shipping operations require a scale! We often need to double check weights of orders. A shipping scale would technically be better but this one works just fine.
We absolutely could not do this BEMA thing without a thermal label printer. It was one of our very first purchases, and we’d do it exactly the same way again.
We have two of these card sorting trays that are in use here at BEMA HQ pretty much all day every day. These are amazing, versatile tools for us (we’ll show ya soon...)
